To continue this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join our team. The Role: Provide tailored support to a child with SEN needs, helping the access the national curriculum and achieve their personal goals. Collaborate with Teachers and parents to implement Individual Educational Plans (IEP) Have a positive, inclusive and nurturing atmosphere for the child to thrive in. Adapt and respond to the pupils to the individual needs of the pupil with patience and creativity.
