The role of the Technical Advisor Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers will involve:
Role of Technical Advisor is to provide remote technical support for oil and gas heaters to customers, domestic end users and engineers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service.
Deliver high quality solutions and fixes for oil and gas heaters.
Have a high level of understanding of legacy oil and gas heating systems.
Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Advisor Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers
with:
Must have sound technical understanding of oil and gas heating systems or boilers.
Ideally will have 3+ years experience installing/servicing oil and gas boilers
Ideally have any ofthe following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
