Are you a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training?
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a wide range of complex needs.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences.
* Use your Team Teach training to support pupils positively, safely, and effectively.
* Assist with personal care and mobility where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
* Help foster a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Team Teach trained and confident in using de-escalation and positive behaviour support strategies.
* Experienced in working with pupils with SLD and/or PMLD (school or care setting experience welcome).
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a committed team.
