The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Ipswich team on a temporary basis during a particularly busy period. You’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Provide general administrative, telephone, and operational support to deliver first-class customer service to our candidates and clients. * Maintain accurate and compliant records. * Assist with candidate registrations when required. * Support ad hoc office, administrative, and marketing activities as needed. You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment where we truly value what each person brings. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role (recruitment experience would be a bonus). * Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Confident using systems and quick to learn new ones.
