The successful candidate will assist PWPs in co-facilitating face-to-face and online psycho-educational courses to patients across the county. This involves presenting to groups of up to 35 patients at a time.
Assisting in administrative tasks such as writing referrals, clinical notes and collecting data & feedback from patients.
Developing our service by performing outreach to local teams within the trust, as well as external agencies and stakeholders such as GPs and local community groups.
We offer regular opportunities for Continuing Professional Development as well as reflective practice in clinical supervision and have fully funded access to the Bespoke training service.
Flexible working arrangements within 37.5 hours per week, with core service hours of 8am-8pm.
We currently offer a hybrid working pattern for staff and the candidates will be able to request this on completion of local induction and their line managers discretion.
