Some weekends may be required, depending on business needs. The role forms part of our technical team on site, and will work alongside our well establish fabric position will require good people skills and the ability to work on a wide range of building fabrics, with tasks including but not limited to: At the start of your shift in the mornings, you will be responsible for high level cleaning outside of the building. You will be using jet washing and other cleaning equipment which you will be trained in. General maintenance tasks: Doors, door closers, painting and decorating, patch plastering, carpentry, tiling, carpet tiles, cutting floor boxes, gutter cleaning, basic water treatment including de‐scaling, roofing, manual handling tasks and various duties to meet the needs of our client. Work with the wider engineering team to ensure all PPM scheduled tasks are carried out to programme and notify your line manager immediately if any PPM deadlines are missed. Liaise with the helpdesk to ensure that tasks raised are completed within a timely fashion. To be proactive in the maintenance of the site & equipment establishing sound maintenance practices and providing solutions to all reactive issues. Be responsible for keeping all sit specific COSHH registers up to date, keeping on top of needed stock, materials and equipment. Ensure that tasks either carried out directly by you as part of a team and sub-contractors work safely ensuring appropriate measures are taken with Risk Assessments and Method Statement in place. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintain regular contact with the key stakeholders. Requirements: Experience working within a maintenance role Qualifications relevant to Building Fabric Maintenance, level 2 minimum is preferred but not essential (IPAF, PASMA, Working at heights, Painting & decorating, joinery) Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and their impact on this Driving licence is required for this role Ability to work on own, and as part of a team Requiremen How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
