Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Surveyor to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining and improving the homes and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in social housing to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage a varied workload including property inspections, project management and contractor supervision.
* Ensure customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything, supporting tenants and maintaining homes to regulatory standards and the highest standards.
* Engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, using excellent people skills to resolve tenancy issues.
* Lead on all matters related to damp, mould and disrepair within Abri’s Healthy Homes team.
Required Qualifications
* MRICS Chartered status.
* Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality housing services.
