Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling incoming business enquiries, pricing proposals, and solution design for potential and existing clients across eCommerce and retail sectors. What You'll Be Doing Managing inbound sales enquiries, qualifying opportunities, and identifying the best-fit fulfilment solution. Preparing costings, proposals, and pricing models in line with customer requirements. Supporting with client onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to operations. Maintaining accurate data in the CRM and producing reports for management. Contributing ideas to improve the customer journey and strengthen client relationships. What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in a sales support, pricing, or account management role - within fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL logistics.
