Urology Registrar

The Urology Registrar will provide high‑quality clinical care to patients with urological conditions, working as part of a consultant‑led multidisciplinary team. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and timely care across inpatient, outpatient, elective, and emergency urology services.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care for patients with a wide range of urological conditions under Consultant supervision. Assess, investigate, diagnose, and manage elective and emergency urology patients in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Conduct daily ward rounds, review acutely unwell patients, and ensure timely escalation of concerns. Participate in outpatient clinics, undertaking assessment, follow‑up, and management planning. Assist with and perform urological procedures and theatre activity appropriate to level of competence.
Qualifications
* A good working knowledge of research methodology
* Higher medical degree
