SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
FARNBOROUGH AIRPORT – Full Time
We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail Senior Accounts Payable to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role will report directly in to the Finance Manager.
A successful candidate will have previous working experience working in accounts payable and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and be a team player.

The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the Accounts department inbox for multiple entities
* Posting invoices, credit card transactions & expenses
* Managing the payment run process including ad hoc payments
* Assisting sales team with monthly client disbursement queries
* Completing daily bank reconciliations
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Support the team in other duties as required

* Excel skills – intermediate (Pivots, lookups)
* Access Dimension experience (desirable)
