The role
This is a fully employed position. Our partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position; we can provide endless support to grow a successful business, including learning and development, local property centre support, technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise brand awareness locally.
Our partners
The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand, and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
