Your new role As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end marketing function across multiple divisions, including trade, retail, renewables and tiles. You'll: Manage an internal team and a network of external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns Partner closely with sales to drive lead generation and customer growth Maintain and evolve brand strategies across business units to ensure consistency and impact Own the marketing budget, reporting on key metrics to demonstrate performance and ROI Work predominantly on-site in Portadown to build relationships and stay close to branches, with hybrid flexibility where project work requires it What you'll need to succeed Degree in Marketing or related field preferred Proven success developing and executing multi-brand or multi-unit marketing strategies Strong digital marketing skills with a data-led approach to continuous improvement Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills Willingness to travel to branches across Northern Ireland as needed?
