Overview
Regional HR Case Manager at TieTalent. Location: hybrid remote field and home working. Regions: Exeter, Dunstable, Heathrow, and Shepperton. Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience, plus car allowance.
Responsibilities
* Be the trusted advisor for employee relations across the regional operation.
* Manage a diverse caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with employment law and company policy.
* Support investigations, advise Hearing Chairs, and ensure appropriate case escalation.
* Manage Occupational Health referrals and maintain accurate HR system records.
* Contribute to reviewing and improving HR policies and processes; build manager confidence and capability to handle complex people issues.
* Identify training needs and provide practical guidance to resolve disputes and mitigate risks.
* Participate in wider HR projects (e.g., TUPE, reorganisations, change initiatives) supporting operational teams and HR colleagues.
* Travel within the assigned region is essential.
About You
* Proven experience managing employee relations cases (grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance management).
* Strong knowledge of employment law with the ability to translate legislation into practical, compliant advice that balances commercial outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly build trust, and confidence to influence and challenge managers as needed.
* Proactive, solutions-focused with the ability to manage a varied caseload with high accuracy and consistency.
* Able to work independently and as part of a wider HR team; willingness to travel within the region.
* Energetic, adaptable, and able to make a tangible difference in how we support, engage, and develop our people.
Requirements and Security
* Must pass criminal record, personal credit, and ID checks.
* Verifiable 5-year history for employment/unemployment/education.
