The company was founded in 2019, and we have experienced rapid growth so far, growing to a team of 100+. Now we're looking for an in-house Marketing Manager to play a key role in supporting and driving our next stage of growth, as we aim to further strengthen Curve's position in the market.
About the role:
As Curve's Marketing Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and shape our marketing function from the ground up.
You'll help shape and deliver our marketing and brand strategy, working closely with the leadership team to establish best practices that strengthen our brand positioning in the industry and drive growth. You will play a key role in strengthening Curve's reputation, building trust, visibility and authority to attract clients, as well as nurturing a strong employer brand.
You'll report directly to one of our Partners (Head of Growth) in the Leadership Team. You'll work closely together, collaborating on ideas and initiatives, and you'll have the autonomy to develop and drive a new marketing strategy for the company.
What you'll be doing:
Brand & Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with our brand vision, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and communications. Set clear objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while managing brand identity across digital channels, content, and campaigns.
Events, Awards & PR: Plan, coordinate, and manage any hosted events, while actively monitoring industry events to ensure our brand has a strong presence and representation. Oversee award submissions and PR initiatives to elevate brand reputation and gain industry recognition.
Thought Leadership Development: Lead thought leadership initiatives by creating insightful, high-quality content in collaboration with the wider team, including articles, reports, and case studies that position Curve as a leader in the digital consumer space. Identify and leverage emerging trends to keep our brand at the forefront of industry conversations.
LinkedIn Strategy: Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy that enhances brand visibility, showcases our industry expertise, and engages our target audience with relevant, timely posts. Foster a professional community by sharing thought leadership, company updates, and industry insights that strengthen our brand identity and credibility.
Website Management: Partner with an external agency to maintain the website's design, functionality, and performance, while overseeing content updates internally to ensure alignment with brand messaging, SEO best practices, and engagement goals. Ensure the site delivers an optimal user experience that reflects our brand positioning and effectively drives conversions
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional work experience, which includes at least 2 years in a marketing role, ideally within a service-based industry such as professional services, consulting, insights, or market research
Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support lead generation
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward independently, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work
Exceptional copywriting skills for a variety of formats, including websites, blogs, and social media
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership
Curious and continuously seeking opportunities to learn, innovate, and improve
Familiarity with marketing analytics and tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts is a plus, but not a requirement
Graphic design skills, data visualisation skills, and familiarity with design tools are a plus, but not a requirement
A passion for working in an energetic start-up environment, with the drive and motivation to contribute to and accelerate real growth for a leading-edge company
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
