Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, prioritising tasks and protecting focus.
* Coordinate the leadership team's meetings and leave planning to ensure seamless communication.
* Keep email and correspondence flowing, prioritised, and actioned.
* Maintain the CEO's network, tracking key relationships and facilitating timely follow-ups.
Delivering Results:
* Plan and coordinate executive meetings, board dinners, offsites, and industry events that align with business objectives.
* Create standout presentations and materials to support the CEO's digital presence.
* Support the CEO's social media presence by drafting and scheduling posts across various platforms.
Collaborating Across Functions:
* Arrange travel, book logistics, and handle light personal tasks to ensure seamless operational support.
* Collaborate with teams on shared projects and strategic initiatives to drive business success.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience supporting C-level executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Can stay calm, organised, and detail-focused while juggling competing priorities.
* Is tech-savvy and design-minded, comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, Notion, and scheduling tools.
* Maintenance of professional standards and confidentiality at all times.
