With regular engagement across operational sites and senior stakeholders, you'll play a central role in aligning financial reporting with operational success-contributing to continuous improvement and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver robust forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning in collaboration with business leads.
* Provide meaningful MI and variance analysis to influence operational and strategic decision-making.
* Manage supply chain-related balance sheet accounts and ensure strong financial controls are in place.
* Be the key liaison for external auditors regarding operational finance matters.
* Drive process improvements through LEAN methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Develop and coach two Assistant Management Accountants-supporting their progression and aligning them with departmental goals.
What We're Looking For:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 3+ years' PQE in a similar role.
* Strong background in management accounting, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
* Proven experience delivering forecasts, P&L reports, and actionable MI to senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing month-end close processes, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
* A confident communicator, with the ability to simplify complex financials for non-finance teams.
* ERP experience (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
* Collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing talent and improving processes.
Why Join?
* Highly visible role with real impact across nationwide operations
* Supportive, inclusive team culture that invests in your professional growth
* Flexible hybrid working model and excellent benefits package
* Career development pathways and ongoing training opportunities
* A business committed to innovation, sustainability, and empowering its people
