Eco friendly stationery company Making Meadows Ltd seeks part time order fulfilment and general admin assistant to join our small business.
Your role will be to pack up retail orders from our online sales channels along with general computer admin and data entry, such as uploading new products. You will also help with prepping wholesale orders, stocking shelves and keeping the office organised. This job is varied depending on the season. We need someone with a can do attitude who is just happy to help with whatever task is necessary for the business.
Computer skills are essential (Mac). We are an online business, so you would need to feel comfortable navigating the different sales channels and printing personalised orders. Part of your job will be data entry and computer admin. Training will be given but an understanding of computers is necessary.
You will be an organised person who takes pride in attention to detail. We are a premium brand and it is important that orders get sent out correctly with no mistakes. You must be comfortable working in an active role which includes bending, lifting small boxes and being on your feet when you pack orders.
You need to be a keen helper, enthusiastic and positive. It is a small office, so positivity is key to a happy environment. Someone with a creative flair who has a passion for stationery is always a bonus but certainly not necessary
You need to be able to drive. There is no public transport near.
Pay Rate & Hours:
* £12.75 an hour
* This is a part time job for 18 hours a week
* 6 hour shifts, 3 days a week (Your 6 hour shift needs to be between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm)
* Monday, Wednesday & Friday are the work days
* There is opportunity for overtime during our busy periods.
