This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Lisburn. This is a maternity cover position, offering the chance to gain valuable experience within a busy office setting.

Your new role

As an Office Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a fully office-based position, where you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting multiple departments with administrative and financial tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reception &municationManaging iing calls and directing queries or taking accurate messages.Providing a professional and friendly wee to all visitors
2. Travel & LogisticsOrganising staff travel, including flights, amodation, and itinerariesSupporting vehicle management, including MOT bookings, tax, and tachograph reporting
3. Financial AdministrationProcessing purchase invoices and allocating costs to relevant projectsManaging employee expense claims in line withpany policiesReconcilingpany credit card statements and resolving discrepancies
4. Labour & TimesheetsChecking and collating labour hoursSubmitting timesheet information to agencies in a timely manner
5. General AdministrationMaintaining a tidy and organised reception and office spaceManaging office supplies and supporting wider team administration
6. Additional DutiesSupporting the business with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills. You will enjoy working in a varied role and have the confidence to manage multiple priorities.You should have:
7. Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
9. Good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial data
10. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
12. A flexible and team-oriented approach


What you'll get in return

13. Salary £27000
14. Maternity cover- 9 months with the possibility to extend to 12
15. Start date – Early July
