Real Estate NQ SolicitorBrightonSalary negotiable depending upon experienceAbout the RoleA well-established and respected law firm based in central Brighton is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Residential/Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented NQ who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.You'll be working on a broad range of matters including:
* Sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease extensions
* Property finance and secured lending
* Title investigation and report drafting
* Assisting with complex or high-value property transactions
What We're Looking For
* Recently qualified solicitor (0-1 year PQE), with at least one seat in property law
* Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
