Vacancy Summary Job Title: Project Manager Job Type: Permanent Job Ref: 98271 Location: Norfolk Office Base travel to sites across the UK Start Date: ASAP Salary: c£50k basic plus competitive package Company & Project: A successful and profitable construction business operating in multiple sectors including Retail, Commercial and Industrial on a regional and national basis, are seeking to recruit an experienced an effective Project Manager to complement their project delivery team. The opportunity has a clear progression plan and the successful candidate will have a very good opportunity to develop their career within this business. Our client works in multiple sectors across various build types on projects to c£2m. The majority of projects are fast-track programmes in the refurbishment sector. Projects are with Key Clients on a repeat basis across the UK, this can involve some travel to projects to meet the demands of the short-term project programme. All associated costs are supported by the business and there is additional options for hybrid working on days following travel. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects c£20k-£2m in single value. Managing all project management functions for the project, from initial client briefing, working with the estimating team to price the project, planning the project, managing the progress of the project and financial management working with the QS and, ensuring completion of the project on time. Previous experience in managing multiple projects is essential. Desirable Experience: Previously held Project Manager roles working on projects c£50k in value. Exceptional client facing and management skills. Full UK Driving Licence and able to travel to projects across the UK. Previous Roles: Project Manager OR Construction Manager OR Senior Project Manager OR Project Coordinator OR Assistant Project Manager. Qualifications & Skills: HNC or BTEC in related qualification to Project Management.
