Opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a BRAND NEW home based in Littlehampton. This pioneering project offers a nurturing, homely, and safe environment for up to three children (aged 10-18) with emotional and behavioural difficulties. When children leave the home, we want them to feel confident, prepared, and ready to embrace their future with optimism. Senior Key Responsibilities: 1. Build strong, positive, and meaningful relationships with children. 2. Develop and implement individualised strength-based plans. 3. Advocate for children, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. 4. Support children in their educational, training, and employment aspirations. 5. Facilitate and participate in hobbies, interests, and recreational activities. 6. Ensure childrens health and well-being by managing appointments and liaising with healthcare professionals.
