Location:Bradford - Hybrid role
Hours: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
Start: ASAP, subject to DBS
Contract: Temporary, 3–4 months
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Administrator to support my client with a team of pilot projects. This role is ideal for someone with customer engagement experience who enjoys problem‑solving, learning quickly, and working efficiently through cases.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting customer‑facing smart meter activities, particularly related to leakage and water efficiency
2. Sending letters andmunications to customers (no outbound calling required)
3. Working through a backlog of customer cases with accuracy and speed
4. Using CRM systems to update records and track progress
5. Getting involved in testing new systems and processes as part of ongoing pilot work
Key Skills & Experience
6. Strong customer engagement background
7. A fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
8. Experience using CRM platforms
9. Confidence with basic reporting
10. A critical thinker who can work through cases logically and efficiently
11. Proactive, organised, and able to manage administrative workflows
