, United Kingdom Job Family Group: Trading Jobs Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: May 2, 2025 Business unit: Experience Level: Experienced Professionals Job Description: The Proposition: As a Project Manager - Migration, you will be responsible for Projects managing the relocation of activities from our Trading Hubs to our T&S locations in Krakow, Manila, Chennai, Bangalore and Kuala Lumpur. (These are non-IT Migration Projects) The primary focus is Migration projects. However, as required and depending on demand and priorities, have Project Management responsibility for a specific non-migration project (e.g., system change, regulation). An exciting role for an experienced candidate to manage change across the different T&S locations globally, in a culturally diverse environment. Where do you fit in: From within the T&S Commercial Operations – Transformation & Program Delivery organisation the Project team is managing Migration initiatives within T&S. The Team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals. Although roles and responsibilities are clear there is a collaborative culture wherein team members work closely together to deliver the change with minimum impact to the business. Working in a culturally diverse environment is rewarding but also challenging when working with impacted staff. The Migration Project Manager should be comfortable working with all levels in the organization and colleagues in different phases of their career. Key purpose of the role: The management of Migration Projects in T&S, through working with key stakeholders in T&S and supporting functions to achieve successful and sustainable implementation. Specifically, the role is accountable for the following: Have Project Management responsibility for a specific Migration Projects in T&S (These are non-IT Migration projects) As required and depending on demand, have Project Management responsibility for a specific non-migration project (e.g., system change, regulation). Presenting compelling, migration proposals to the relevant review boards and stakeholders Manage the successful implementation, covering all areas such as planning, communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, recruitment process, onboarding & training, infrastructure, etc. Delivering project outcomes within time, budget, and quality Transitioning the project outcomes at project closure to the appropriate business, operations, or risk teams to allow them to embed the changes. Effectively addressing any issues, risks or concerns raised by impacted teams or their stakeholders during the project lifecycle. Providing effective support for impacted team members and members of the team being established Ensure that during the execution of projects all Legal and ER/IR requirements are met. Following implementation, provide Control and Sustainability support to the operation. Adhere to relevant project methodologies: Migration projects follow the Migration Methodology, while non-migration projects follow the T&S project delivery framework. Both methodologies are aligned with ORS principles An individual taking up this role would be expected to demonstrate the followings: A proven track record of managing complex projects to completion successfully, preferable in the capacity of a JG3 grade. Experience in the management or support of Organisational Change and or the establishments of new Teams is highly desired Proven ability to work globally, across cultures, and rise to the challenges of ‘getting things done’ in a large, not always aligned, organization. An understanding of the activities within the wider Trading (Operations) space would be a significant advantage. E2E mindset and capabilities to enable the identification of opportunities across T&S value chain Change Management and collaboration skills Specifically, the successful candidate should have: Strong & effective stakeholder management, influencing skills and interpersonal effectiveness: Effective in working with diverse teams with multiple priorities across desks and countries – this should span across various organisation levels from GMs and Team Leads to frontline staff (e.g., Traders, front line staff). Ability to build and maintain relationships across the multi-cultural organization. Ability to build shared vision Solid analytical skills, and attention to detail. A high degree of resilience and strength of character. A hands-on mindset and be a self-starter with a practical problem-solving approach Willingness to travel during certain phases of the project. Special Challenges: Establishing and maintain effective links and coordination between T&S organisations globally Managing change in organisations where Migration has not generally been attempted before and where resistance to change is significant.
