 
        
        Customer Service Representative | £150P/D | 6-Month Contract
Davies is currently supporting a UK leader in Pensions & Life Assurance who are looking to bring in a team of Customer Service Representatives to join them on an initial 6-month contract in Edinburgh. 
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, handling a variety of pension-related queries and guiding them through all aspects of their retirement journey. You’ll be a confident communicator, an active listener, and forward-thinking in delivering consistently exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
 1. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
 2. Build trust and rapport with each caller
 3. Explain complex pension-related topics in a clear and friendly way
 4. Help customers feel confident and informed every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
 5. Experience in a telephony environment in a regulated sector
 6. Strong communication and listening skills
 7. A natural desire to help others
 8. Calm, logical approach to problem-solving
Key Details:
 9. £150 Per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
 10. 6 month initial contract
 11. Onsite in office – Edinburgh (EH12)
