An Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead role within NHS Lothian's Generic Recruitment Team.
The Team Lead role is a key support to the Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for the day to day workload direction of the Recruitment Services Advisors, Resource Coordinators and Administrative Assistants. Ensuring day to day supervision, leadership, support and training to team members, in order to provide a comprehensive Pan Lothian Service.
The Team Lead role is a first point of contact to provide guidance and support to internal and external users of the Generic Recruitment service. Ensuring that best practice is advised in line with NHS Lothian Recruitment Policies and that employment legislation is adhered to.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a passion to make a difference in our fast paced environment, who will develop protocols and oversee administration processes and help ensure that we deliver on our KPI's.
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will be required to travel to recruitment events as well as working on multiple sites with NHS Lothian. The role is office based with the base being Comely Bank Centre, Edinburgh.
