14. Liaise with third-party suppliers and support partners, and contribute to IT projects, deployments, and office setups.
15. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and communication in every interaction.
About you
It’s important to us that you’re passionate about technology and committed to delivering an excellent level of service to colleagues across the Group. You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others, takes ownership of issues, and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.
Our ideal IT Field Technician will bring:
16. Previous experience in a field-based IT support, desktop support, or IT technician role, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Hybrid Active Directory, and Entra ID.
17. Strong technical experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft server technologies.
18. A proven ability to support end users across multiple locations and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues both remotely and on site.

21. Experience supporting printers and multifunction devices in a busy business environment.
22. A solid awareness of cybersecurity best practice and the importance of maintaining secure systems and user access.
23. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and confidently to non-technical colleagues.
24. A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently and manage travel between sites.
As a national company, some travel will be required in this role, so access to a vehicle and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
