Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Care Call Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
* Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
* Providing accurate information using appropriate methods and tools
* Attending to individuals in their homes who have experienced a fall, using specialist lifting equipment to assist them
* Collaborating with Police, Ambulance crews, Social Services, and internal departments
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative
* Strong phone handling and active listening skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence (essential), but personal car access is not required
* Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, with shifts including early (6:45am-2:45pm), late (2:30pm-10:30pm), and night (10pm-7am)
