Our client is a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.
Due to their increasing growth, development and demand they are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader for their Kings Lynn site.
Working Hours
1. Monday – Friday
2. 8am – 4pm
3. Some flexibility will be required
Duties To Include
4. Ensure orders are put on the system in good time and stock levels are maintained and service levels with customers are increased
5. Support the customers supply chain calls when required
6. Analysis of stock vs sales for account portfolio to ensure 100% service level
7. Update contract tracker for key accounts
8. Manage the maintenance of the customers’ price files on SAP
9. Ad-hoc administration tasks as required by business needs
10. Collect, analyse and report on reasons for sales order rejections
11. Support the wider supply chain team with orders & reports
12. Conduct product portfolio reviews
13. Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Salary
Very competitive salary offered dependent on experience
