Design and Technology Teacher – Conwy (Long‑Term Contract)
CER Education are looking for a Qualified Design and Technology Teacher to start in May 2026 and continue until the end of the academic year. The role involves teaching Design Technology up to Key Stage 5 and becoming a fully committed member of the department. Preferred specialisms are Resistant Materials, Product Design and Graphics. Strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly within the department and work collaboratively with colleagues. Candidates must hold UK QTS; both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
* Strong classroom management and subject knowledge in Design Technology.
* Professional willingness to adapt, collaborate, and contribute to the department.
* All candidates must hold an up‑to‑date Enhanced DBS Disclosure check, or be in a position to apply for one.
