Accept Recruitment is now hiring an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver on behalf of one of our long-standing clients in the waste management sector. This role is based in Leeds and offers full-time, ongoing work with excellent earning potential and long-term opportunities.
Pay & Benefits:
* £14.39 per hour base rate
* £18.71 per hour overtime rate (after 45 hours)
* £10 daily bonus based on attendance and compliance
* Weekly pay

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am start time
* Overtime available and paid at enhanced rate
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate an HGV Class 2 Skip vehicle for collection and delivery of waste containers
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete compliance walkarounds
* Plan and follow efficient routes to support operational productivity
* Ensure customer sites are left clean and tidy
* Report any vehicle defects or safety concerns promptly
* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
* Valid UK HGV Class 2 licence
* Full Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
* Previous HGV driving experience (waste sector preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of vehicle safety and road regulations
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
* High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Professional, customer-focused attitude
