Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor. This role offers agile and flexible working including remote working where possible, well being support plus more.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

* Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters
\t
* Deliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals
\t
* Draft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
\t
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
\t
* Provide support and supervision to junior team members, where appropriate
\t
* Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the department’s continued success
Private Client Solicitor requirements:
\t
* 4 years’ PQE in Private Client law
\t
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
\t
* STEP qualification or working toward it is advantageous but not essential
\t
* Excellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach
\t
* A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the department’s growth
\t
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
