At Cavendish Nuclear, a part of Babcock International Group, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. As a Quality Delivery Lead in Rosyth, near Dunfermline, Fife, you will play a key role in a critical defence programme, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that support national security.
The Role
Day‑to‑day, you’ll define and deliver quality plans, coach teams, and shape the business management system to meet stakeholder, legal, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the development and delivery of quality strategies aligned with Cavendish Nuclear’s goals.
* Coaching and supporting teams across the business to embed quality practices.
* Define and tailor the application of the management system for specific projects or activities.
* Ensure stakeholder requirements are met through a robust and up‑to‑date Business Management System.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to agree quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
This permanent position is based at Rosyth, with 2–3 days per week on site. Occasional travel to other sites and suppliers may be required. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Essential Experience
* Experience within a highly regulated industry.
* Managing full project life cycles.
* Providing leadership and line management in technical environments.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Security Clearance
