You’ll play a key part in promoting our centre’s facilities, guiding potential members, and building trusted relationships that support long term growth. Your work helps create a welcoming environment that inspires people to stay active, feel supported, and achieve their goals.
What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor
You will be entrusted to:
* Promote the centre's products, services, and membership options
* Encourage and engage potential customers and members
* Conduct tours of the facilities and provide an excellent experience
* Advise the Commercial Manager and support lead generation plans
* Increase membership sales in line with targets
* Maintain and develop a customer database
* Use and understand a computerised membership database system
* Keep informed about competitors and monthly promotions
* Carry out additional duties as required by the General Manager

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have
* Experience in a sales driven or marketing focused environment
* IT literate with experience using various systems
* Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
* Excellent planning, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a target driven environment
* Good presentation skills
