About You Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager, with a progressive career in the industry Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large teams Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Confident in liaising with clients, delivering presentations, and leading meetings Hands-on approach with knowledge of the latest industry machinery and techniques Passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work under pressure, think logistically, and remain professional and calm Good communication skills, including basic literacy and numeracy for safety instructions and client interactions Must be flexible to work weekends if required What You'll Do Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring standards are consistently met Manage staff schedules, holidays, and training to optimise team performance Conduct quality audits and monitor cleaning materials, PPE, and stock levels Liaise with clients, support functions, and attend departmental meetings Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence and safety standards For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
