Job Title: Engineering Project ManagerLocation: Rochester, KentSalary: Up to £85,000 depending on experienceWhat you’ll be doing:Oversee and manage Engineering projects through the full lifecycle; define the execution strategy; ensuring compliant products and services delivered on time, and to budgetGive technical direction. Making key technical decisions and balancing trade-offs between various factorsWork closely with both our global customers and supply chain, operating as cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, requirements and deliverablesDrive continuous improvement by implementing innovative Engineering practices, solutions and technologiesServe as the primary Engineering point of contact for stakeholders into your projectGuide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentYou’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role.
