We are currently recruiting for experienced professionals at both Senior and Consultant levels reporting to an Industrial Advisory sector lead supporting our smart manufacturing offering. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and commercial success of projects delivered. Here's what you'll do
The Industrial Advisory team is a key part of the Advisory Services. As a member of the team, you will: Support development of the value propositions for Industrial Advisory capabilities applied into manufacturing environments, with a focus on Smart Manufacturing inputs. Support the development of innovative thought leadership that differentiates AECOM, including best practice methods and standards for Smart Manufacturing implementation and data integration. Develop a network within AECOM to promote Industrial Advisory services to projects and clients. Build and maintain client relationships through project delivery and business development efforts. Develop solutions to business and client challenges based on understanding and analysis of business practices and goals. Collaborate with Advisory Services teams to formulate strategies and develop offerings that leverage the wider AECOM team. Ensure project delivery adheres to quality, cost, and time constraints. Bring experience from working in manufacturing/engineering projects or with system integrators in automated production industries. Design and deliver shopfloor to cloud data integration projects, using main vendor product suites. Demonstrate experience in manufacturing, process, or logistics industries. Develop consulting skills and stakeholder relationships. Show initiative and problem-solving abilities. Listen to clients and articulate compelling service propositions. Be flexible and willing to work away from the office as needed. Work in a hybrid model based in one of our UK offices with travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Additional skills we value
Possession or eligibility for SC security clearance. Knowledge and experience in automation. Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills. Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma principles. Experience leading improvement or change projects. Preferred Qualifications
HND level qualification or equivalent experience, with at least five years in industry. Membership of a professional body is advantageous. About AECOM
