Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. : The Demand Generation team sits within UK Acquisition and Marketing as part of the International Card Services organization. Commercial acquisition is a dynamic, fast-growing area of the business as we continue to lead and innovate in the commercial payments solutions space within the UK. The team are responsible for generating demand for our B2B products which help small, mid-size, and large corporations around the world manage nearly every facet of their business spending. This position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, forward-thinking individual looking to expand their marketing skills. The role will focus on our Above the Line (ATL) campaigns to help us meet our goals of driving upper funnel metrics (awareness and consideration) alongside NAA (New accounts acquired) to drive growth. With the support of a B35, the marketing analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our campaigns in collaboration with colleagues from Marketing, Brand, Consumer, Product, Sales and PR as well as our external creative and media agencies. The role will cover a breadth of channels (TV, OOH, Radio, Digital, Social and Site). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver successful, innovative, ATL campaigns to drive our upper funnel metrics of awareness and consideration, for Amex Business, whilst driving quality traffic to site to sustainably grow our base. Manage the day-to-day communications of the campaign process with our key agencies and partners. Lead on end-to-end project statuses including updates on timings, finance, IMH and delivery, ensuring we stay on track and meet SLAs. Adhere to the highest standards of business conduct to ensure we exceed regulatory and compliance expectations in all our communications. Lead on campaign measurement, reporting weekly to B40 level when we are live on media and site metrics and communicating the trends and performance back to our wider stakeholders. Explore optimisations we can make to drive better results. Administration of campaign budgets, including raising requisitions, processing invoices, vendor liaison and internal reconciliation. Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate will be highly professional, confident, and personable with high levels of energy, and a proactive attitude. The candidate will need to be organised to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritising effectively. It is essential that the candidate is a team player, able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external teams, as well as having the ability to drive projects independently. Key requirements: A passion for marketing and ability to demonstrate an understanding of marketing principles Strong relationship management skills Creative problem-solving, and ability to identify and drive customized solutions Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Good analytical skills, with ability to identify key success drivers for campaigns Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in acquisition and/or ATL marketing Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the UK is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
