Overview
Showroom Sales Consultant role at TieTalent. A luxury interiors company specialising in bathrooms, kitchens, tiles and flooring is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team. You will deliver excellent sales performance and provide exceptional service, helping to grow the brand in line with the Operations Manual and company goals and strategy. You will be selling bathrooms and other group products.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients on entry to the showroom.
* Recommend suitable product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions; budget).
* Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations.
* Handle payments from clients (cash, credit/debit cards).
* Deliver store sales in line with targets and actively promote the company’s products.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure selling skills meet customer expectations.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive product standards to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
* Relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous; bathroom sales experience is desirable.
* Excellent people skills, smart appearance, clear and positive communicator with negotiation and influencing skills.
* Experience in face-to-face customer sales or the underlying traits to fulfil the role.
