JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join Data Clarity, supporting the Brand Manager to implement our marketing strategy. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for various aspects of marketing activities, including copywriting, graphic design, event management, market research, agency liaison, and collaboration with internal teams. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth and impact the industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: · Copywriting/Content Writing: Taking direction from the campaign plan, craft engaging content for various platforms, including website blogs, pitch decks, communications, and digital campaigns to position us as industry thought leaders. Maintain consistency with the brand tone of voice and core messaging. · Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually compelling collateral, graphics, and print materials to be used across active campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines and templates. · Events & Awards: Support in planning, preparing, and executing global events and exhibitions. Compile entries for industry and business awards to enhance our brand recognition and industry presence. · Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and industry news, as well as competitor and client activity. Use these insights to ensure that all content remains relevant and establish our brand as the trusted source of information for the industry. · Agency Liaison: Maintain regular communication and collaboration with our external digital agency. Ensure the smooth handover of content for the agency to repurpose as digital campaigns. · Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to optimise content for customer experience and relevance. Gather feedback to adjust campaign direction in collaboration with the Brand Manager where needed. KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS · 2 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role. · Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and graphic design. · Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. · Experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms; including social media, email marketing, and analytics. · Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Highly organised with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. · Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite. · Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) principles and techniques. · Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot. · Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications. · Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company's products or services.
