Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive
Location: Hassocks - must have access to a car due to the office location
Salary: £27, - £29,
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer enquiries and issues across multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat
2. Taking ownership of complex, sensitive, or escalated cases through to resolution
3. Authorising refunds in line with policies and service standards
4. Supporting daytoday team operations, workflows, and quality measures
5. Contributing ideas and input to improve customer service processes and retention
6. Working alongside sales and marketing teams to support consistent communication and brand experience
7. Anticipating customer needs and offering tailored solutions where appropriate
8. Sharing feedback, insights, and improvement suggestions within team discussions
About You?
9. Proven experience in customer service within a fastpaced ecommerce or similar environment
10. Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic, and solutionfocused approach
11. Confident handling escalations, customer resolutions, and operational processes
12. Able to work autonomously while maintaining dependable performance under pressure
13. Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and managing priorities effectively
14. Comfortable using CRM systems and technologyled tools
15. Keen to develop professionally and contribute to improving how the team works
16. Flexible to support evening or weekend working when business needs require
