We have just taken on a brand new role from one of our growing clients based in Reading, a well-established accountancy practice with a strong presence in the local area and a friendly and social team environment.
We are looking for someone to join our clients Personal Tax team. After an initial 6 month period, our client would be happy to support you with any studies towards well-recognised tax qualifications.
Some of your day to day duties in this role will include:
* Assist with the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns.
* Process P11Ds, P11D(b), and other benefit forms.
* Prepare Capital Gains Tax returns on residential property.
* Track job progress and follow up on information requests.
* Respond to client queries over the phone and via email.
* Maintain organised client files and records both electronically and physically.
* Liaise with HMRC matters on behalf of clients.
* Reporting to the tax manager.
