Join us as a NI Custom/Mid Range Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the delivery of custom and mid-range lift and escalator projects. This is a permanent, full-time position at our Addlestone office in Surrey.The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and resource allocation to delivery and reporting. Your mission: ensure our lift and escalator installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients and designers, responsible for the success of every stage of the project, including sales, tender, construction, and handover. This is full time and permanent role based out of our Addlestone Office, covering London and the South East What you’ll be doing: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and designers throughout project delivery Leading and coordinating all phases of large projects, ensuring targets are met on time and within budget Planning, monitoring, and coordinating technical aspects from initial sales through to commissioning and handover Driving progress through all phases, managing negotiations and contract delivery Ensuring all site staff are trained in procedures, with a focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance Maintaining a safe working environment and manage permit-to-work systems on site Fostering cooperation among all site personnel and subcontractors Providing regular updates on design, production, installation, and commissioning Implementing and managing design information processes Addressing site problems promptly, working with the team to find practical solutions Reviewing specifications and liaise with engineering and order processing teams Managing contract variations, terms, and monthly account valuations Conducting quality checks and attend meetings as needed Achievingzero defects by ensuring high standards in all work Developing the skills and abilities of your team Promoting and practice Company Health & Safety policies at every level What we’re looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in the lift industry, ideally with new equipment installations Strong knowledge of design and construction processes Background in management/supervision, with commercial, technical, and installation expertise Technical understanding of lifts and escalators is a plus Proven experience managing field personnel Strategic thinker able to identify effective solutions Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills Comfortable interacting at all levels, from clients to site staff Numerate and literate with strong organizational skills Flexible approach to working, with readiness to travel as required Why work for us?: We're a Top 25 Employer, with your development and potential in mind You'll receive a competitive base salary 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, (33 in total) 10% Company Annual Performance Related Bonus Car or Car Allowance (£525 per month) Single Option Bupa Private Healthcare Employer Contributory Pension and Life Assurance Various Discounts and Benefits Schemes We Elevate… Your Career Become part of our team, help us enhance quality of life and drive innovation while raising the bar for safety and sustainability.
