Location: Aviation Park West, Christchurch, BH23 (Hybrid with 3 – 4 days per week in office)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 30 – 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
Reporting To: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the Bournemouth office, including supplies, facilities and compliance
* Coordinate all company travel and hotel bookings
* Support Executive Assistants with planning company events and internal meetings
* Prepare, format and proofread presentations, reports and business documents
* Partner with senior stakeholders to design, prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations aligned with our branding
* Handle confidential information, including company credit card reconciliation
* Welcome and coordinate visits from business partners and external guests
* Oversee Health & Safety for the Bournemouth office, working with the H&S Committee to ensure site audits, action plans and delivery
* Liaise with HR & IT to manage and track company hardware
* Provide ad hoc support to Marketing and the C‑Suite as required
* Help drive new ideas, innovation and working practices, and support other business projects as required
