Submissions Administrator £27,000 per annum Location: Kenilworth | Office Based Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm (30 mins lunch) Benefits Casual dress code. Company events. Company pension. Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to customers Booking in surveys Liaising with installers Prepare, review, and submit submission applications accurately and efficiently. Ensure all documentation is compliant. Maintain accurate records of all submissions, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups. Upload data on to the in house system Identify and resolve submission issues to prevent delays or rejections. Key Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in submissions, compliance, or energy efficiency schemes is highly desirable - minimum 6 months Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
