Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead Fire Systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
This is a hybrid role with remote work flexibility, requiring presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
* Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
* Ensure timely procurement of materials
* Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
* Maintain project documentation and records
* Lead change control processes and communicate variations
* Facilitate key project meetings
Who You Are:
A results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in fire-related projects, confident in stakeholder management and team coordination.
Key Requirements:
* Experience managing fire systems projects
* Delivering programs valued at £1M+ annually
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Leadership and team management abilities
* Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
* Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is desirable
