About the Role
At iStep Learning, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With a strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Salary
* Level 3 – £13.55 (£28,184.00 per annum)
* Level 2 – £13.03 (£27,103.00 per annum)
What We’re Looking for
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (preferred)
* Full‑time or Part‑time (all year round)
* Flexible shift patterns between 07:00am – 6:00pm
* 7:00am – 1:00pm / 1pm – 6:00pm

* Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and lead imaginative, age‑appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
* Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
