We’re seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of our online sales channels and digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering the overall ecommerce strategy
* Manage website content, product listings, and order processing
* Support third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
* Analyse site and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
* Implement email marketing, SEO strategies, and paid advertising campaigns
* Oversee CRM processes and customer communications
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise digital performance
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in ecommerce and digital marketing
* Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, PPC, and CRM systems
* Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Excel, and Adobe Suite
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces
