Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy for private events, functions, and hospitality packages
* Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and private clients
* Create tailored proposals and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to event delivery
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage team, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution and a consistently high-quality guest experience
