Title: Planning Coordinator/Account Support (Asbestos Administrator)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Highburton, West Yorkshire, HD8 0QS

Responsibilities
* Schedule site appointments with site managers, client contacts or residents via phone, email, portals and other client‑specific processes.
* Proactively review upcoming programmes and coordinate site visits to meet agreed timelines.
* Liaise with surveyors, laboratories and internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
* Maintain accurate data and records using spreadsheets, online portals and in‑house systems.
* Monitor client KPIs, manage programmes and promptly respond to or escalates client queries as required.
Required Qualifications
* Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word and database systems.
* Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
* A proactive, reliable approach with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
