Role Overview: We are expanding and seeking a proactive Sales Administrator. Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and orders, provide accurate quotes, and process orders.
Maintain the workshop diary and prepare plans for orders.
Manage payments, allocate stock, and handle invoicing.
Coordinate sample dispatch and returns.
Process and reintegrate returned goods into stock.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service or sales administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Lookups and Pivot Tables).
Ability to accurately read and understand datasheets.
Good numerical skills for basic arithmetic tasks.
